Patrick Rychner is a Melbourne based Swiss Photographer and Creative Director whose photo practice explores a wide variety of photography genres, spanning from fine arts, street, documentary, and editorial photography. For Patrick, photography is a continuous journey of discovery and exploration, and also a way to unravel social and environmental issues and thus engaging the viewer and effecting change. Patrick’s background and ability to see beyond the lens is born out of his 35 years of experience in the arts and design industry, working for many years as Creative Director in national advertising agencies across Australia and Switzerland.
