This is a Photography Project about Women Migrants living in Switzerland. I have started this project in 2019 together with my colleague Karina Jamet. Both of us are women photographers living in Switzerland. As we have been experienced the situation of leaving homeland and moving abroad, we wanted to make a project about this topic.The project focus in the emotions and challenges through the process of living away from home, in a different country, culture and language. From 2019 until 2021 I have took Portraits of 40 women in the Swiss German part of Switzerland. I have also combined the Portraits with Landscapes or Architecture of the places near by their locations. I wanted to show some portraits of beautiful Switzerland, as a new home, new start, new life. The Project is presented in square black and white photographs, by diptychs, showing a Portrait next to a Landscape/Architecture
